As the styled townhouses were the first 2 to sell, we were asked to style an additional 2 townhouses. All townhouses are very similar but still unique so we made sure that we measured each townhouse and adapted our styling to suit whilst still keeping with the modern stylish look.
Once again these 2 townhouses were the next to sell. In just 14 days on the market, 4 styled townhouses were unconditional.
As the styling was so influential in the sale of the properties we were then asked to style another one. After 3 weeks, all 7 townhouses were sold. The average sale price of the townhouses is $930,000 which is above market value for the suburb.
