What made you want to get into Real Estate?
Since I was very young, people around have always been buying and selling, developing, building homes and constructing buildings and I’ve always found real estate fascinating. I’ve seen the rewards and the great experiences that come from a project completed professionally and successfully and I’ve envisioned myself for a long time as someone who can help others on their real estate journey and offer them my knowledge and experience as a proactive real estate professional to help them achieve the best result.
Why do you recommend Property Styling to your clients?
Styling is absolutely essential to achieve stunning presentation and creating the ‘Wow’ first impression for buyers. It helps allows buyers envisage how they would use the spaces.
What advantages do you think property styling has when properties are viewed online?
Styling greatly improves the chances of buyers engaging with a property and enquiring. The photos are more interesting and give depth and dimension to a room. Buyer engagement definitely improves with a styled property.
